Where can I get Mickey waffles in the parks?

Hello! We are visiting DLR for the first time in April and to me, a Disney vacation is not complete without eating Mickey waffles. We won't have the kids with us so characters are not a priority but I will go to a character buffet if it's the only option. Finally, we are staying offsite so I would prefer in the parks and not at the hotels.

I’m pretty sure they have them at the Plaza Inn

They're on the menu for the Plaza Inn breakfast (character meal) and Carnation Cafe. Rancho del Zocalo has Mickey pancakes.

You can get a Mickey waffle at Carnation Cafe on Main Street in DL. This is a sit-down non-buffet location. You can get them at the Plaza Inn character buffet breakfast also in DL. There are no Mickey waffles in DCA, but there is a kids meal of Cars waffles at Flo's in Carsland. Outside the parks but on property, there are Mickey waffles at Whitewater Snacks, a counter service location in the Grand Californian. I believe they are also served at the character meals at each of the hotels, but I haven't checked all those menus and am not sure.

Is it possible to have a pre-park opening (PPO) ADR at Carnation Cafe like we can do at WDW? I'm asking because on our last day, a Friday, I will be by myself and I'm planning on taking the Walking in Walt's Footstep tours that is usually offered at 9:30am. Let say the park opens at 9am, the ideal would be if I could get a 8am ADR for Carnation Cafe to eat some waffles and then do the tour.

If there is magic morning / extra magic hours that day, you might be able to get an ADR.

Outside the parks
large mickey waffles : paradise pier lounge
Small mickey waffles: tangeroa terrace (dlh), whitewater snacks (gch)

I'm not sure 're goofys kitchen or paradise pier surf's up.
