Where can I get current menu offerings?

The wife and I will be down late September and taking advantage of the freebie food program. Before I attempt to make ressies, is there a link where I can see the current menu's of the various full service restaurants that are participating. It sure would help us prioritize before we call. Also, is it better to call each restaurant directly or use the central number. Is there a link for that information as well? Thanks in advance and have a Disney day!

You must make PS through Disney Dining, you can't call the restaurants directly.
