I too love a GOOD salad. Of all places, I thought the ones at the Sunshine Seasons food court were good and a good value. I had an asian one with fresh grilled tuna over greens that was great for lunch on a hot day.

I agree! I had a grilled chicken caesar salad there that was surprisingly good and fresh.

Ooh, this is good to know! My kids surprisingly LOVE caesar salad!! It's so funny to see my 1 & 3 year old chowing down to salad! We are going to eat at Sunshine Seasons and I think I might have to get this salad!

Colony Salad - Washington apples, sweet pecans and applewood smoked cheddar and grilled chicken tossed with field greens in honey shallot vinaigrette

I love the Colony Salad on the LUNCH MENU at the Liberty Tree Tavern...I did not think I would like the apples with the cheese and bacon but I loved it....I have had three times and it was the same yummy salad each time!

In the MK, the BLT salad at Columbia Harbor House is pretty good. Sometimes you just get "burgered out", right?!

I love the salad especially the dressing at LTT (for lunch). It is a strawberry vinaigrette. It is so good. I order it evey time. But they do have a lunch salad too.

Backlot Express, counter service place in DHS has a Southwest chicken salad - generous lunch portion w/avocado, chicken, blackbeans......tasty and not expensive.

i had one at Pinocchios which was a mediteranian with chicken, mozzarella balls, feta cheese and it was great. Columbia Harbour house has a nice fried chicken salad. I love salads, i found it was the best thing for me to eat on our lunch breaks so i wouldnt get too lazy from eating a big meal. Best of all with the salad it allowed me to have a few bits of choco cake without feeling bad afterward.

I am dying to try the chicken salad at Wolfgang puck express.
Chinois (Shin-wah) Chicken - roasted all natural chicken breast, fresh Asian vegetables and cripsy wontons, dressed with Honey Mustard $10.95

I've seen photos and it just looks so yummy. They have a couple others that sound really good too. ($11 for a salad though....)

At the Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary they have a wonderful steak salad with a soft creamy feta cheese and a lovely dressing.

It was certainly a "meal salad". I'm sure it was less than $10 but I can't recall the exact price.

Sunshine Seasons, WPE, yummy yummy salads here, backlot express not uber great but they are better than others, and lets see, oh i had this asian salad at Yak and Yeti, that one was pretty good, i am a salad freak haha, and have eaten many salads at WDW

That steak salad at Contempo Cafe looks too good!! I live on salads, my favourites at WDW were the Chinois chicken salad at WPE which a PP mentioned they were looking forward to trying, it is well worth the $11 a great salad! I also loved the made-to-order at Port Orleans Riverside foodcourt, I think I had this almost every night (we were on QSDP).
