Where can I find the CP restaurants/tiers listed?

Last year we ate at San Angel for our CP package, which was the "middle" tier. We are considering throwing together a trip for Dec. 5-8 (no, no narrators announced yet according to CRO this afternoon) and wondering what the prices and "tiers" of restaurants are. Of the Christmas events DH says he was most bored by CP, but I absolutely loved it.
