Where can I find out how many people on a ride at a time

I'd like to know ahead of time to plan it out. I have a four-year-old, twin 6-year-olds and a thirteen-year-old heading down with my husband and myself. I'd like to know what rides we can ride together, in pairs, three or fours? We're doing MK, MGM, Epcot and AK. Does anyone know or know where I can find this out? Thanks
