Victoria & Alberts. By the way, I think Arthur's 27 is no longer in business.
I have had the foie gras at Bistro de Paris and California Grill and I know it is at V&A but is there anywhere else on property that serves it? We are going in 12 days and I can't wait to have it again. Thanks for any info.
IMO I think foie gras should outlawed. These geese and ducks are force fed food and tortured by this so that you can eat their huge livers!!! Please don't flame me for this, since this is my opinion.
Lets try to keep this post on topic.
Thanks!
Besided the one's already mentioned Wolfgang's Upstairs has...
Duck Three Ways - seared Hudson Valley foie gras mousse with an apricot tartlette and duck proscuitto
Other than that I think our list is now complete.

I didn't even know what it was. I knew how it was pronounced as I've heard of it....we watch a ton of FoodNetwork around here. But I didn't know what it was exactly. Now I know! I should probably look into it further. I've never been able to eat veal after learning bad things about how the calves were raised. But I also believe....to each his own. I have a flock of chickens for the pleasure of it (and eggs) and I still eat chicken.
