IMO I think foie gras should outlawed. These geese and ducks are force fed food and tortured by this so that you can eat their huge livers!!! Please don't flame me for this, since this is my opinion.

Right there with ya!

Most of Europe has banned it. :cool1:

ETA!!! OOOOPS sorry just read the mods request--- just ignore my post!;)

These boards are about giving your opinion, and you didn't answer the question either!!! Maybe we both better stay on topic!!;)

To answer the original poster's question, the last time I had foie gras, it was
an appetizer at the California Grill. I don't know how often the restaurants
other than V&A's have foie gras on the menu, but I had mine during the
Food and Wine Festival time.

It is sometimes on the menu at V&A, I have had it upstairs in France and at CG.

It's still listed on the menus at Bistro and California Grill. And from time to time we've seen it on our menus at V&A.

I had Foie Gras Ravioli at Citrico's about a year ago... not sure if they still have it either.

Totally agree

FWIW, I totally agree. It's banned in a few cities, and they are currently trying to ban it in Philadelphia restaurants as well. I'm surprised Disney still serves it, knowing the cruelty behind it.

:rolleyes1  :rolleyes1
Hopefully, they will ignore the food police types here and elsewhere, who won't be happy until all they serve is bread and water.

The OP has gotten their answer and we are getting off topic here. This thread is now closed
