Where can I find a magnifyer for books?

I'm trying to find a magnifyer for books as part of a gift. I've seen them before where it's just one sheet type thing that you lay over the page. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find one. Thank you so much for your help!!

If you don't want to buy on line -- I just picked up one next to the cash register at Barnes and Noble. It looks like a see-through ruler and is a good book mark too.

I have always gotten mine at The Christian Bookstores, but I would assume any bookstore would sell them.
