Where can I buy waterproof case for water parks?

Where can I buy those cases that hold your room key, credit cards, cash, etc that are watertight? I've seen them around people's necks at water parks, I want one too! And how much do they run? Thanks!

They had 3 different sizes and I think 3 different colors. They did have lime green just like the DIS board sells (no writing). Ours cost $6. ~~

P.S. The cashier was very specific about the fact that they are water "resistant" not water "proof". They do have a rubber seal in them though.
