Where can I buy a small order of customized neck pouches?

I was thinking it would be cool if, for our group vacation of 15-20 people, we could have neck pouches (where tickets, cards, money, etc. can be placed) that had a customized logo on it (the same logo for all pouches). Most places doing custom orders have a minimum order amount much higher than I want. I don't want to spend a ton of money, but I'm willing to pay a bit more for such a small order. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Maybe try a iron on? I dont know of anywhere that will do it, but you could do your own with a iron on.
