Where can I buy a nicer mens watch?

DH's birthday is tomorrow, and he stated after much cajoling that he needs a watch.

He likes simple (for example, he had a Timex that I bought him like 8/9 years ago, that he LOVED to death--it finally broke). He's not into the bracelet chain link style, but a simple understated watch.

He had a fancy Seiko when I met him, but that is not his style. (He actually lost it)

So tomorrow after dinner, I will buy him a watch.

Where should I go for a nice selection? We will be near a mall, which has a Strawbridges/Macy's. (I'm not fond of either store frankly). There is a Kohls nearby as well. Kohls website was stinky in watch selection. However, Sears had a nice selection.

Any ideas?

JC Penney's around here have nice selections on reasonably priced watches, don't know if you have one in your area. I have never been to a Kohl's.

The jewelry stores in the mall will also have a selection of mid-priced watches.
