Where at the GF would the reception be?

If you have an intimate at the WP where exactly would you have the reception at the GF. In the main building, somewhere else?

My sister's cake reception was held on a balcony off of the second floor of the lobby. It overlooked the pool area and the lake. It was lovely.

I know that balcony...i saw mickey & minnie there with a wedding couple... i guess that was a reception then. It looked very nice.

That balcony is called the Commander's Terrace.

Pete. I was at a wedding that was done at the Pavilion. The reception was held at a ballroom in the conference center side of GF. If you happened to see the Food Network show Unwrapped that was done in WDW, they went into one of the rooms. I don't think this is where you would go though. For a small gathering I don't think they give you a ballroom. The wedding I went to had 100 guests. Well 101 with Goofy.

Only custom weddings have thier cake cutting in the GFCC ballrooms. Intimates have thiers on the Commander's Terrace.
