where at CSR

What section would you recommend at CSR? DH and I stayed Casitas in 2009 but have 2 girls now, 6 and 3. We are concerned that if there is a conference, that area would be busy.

We loved the cabanas. We were in building 8B and was real close to the pool and not too far from the foodcourt. We had an awesome waterview and liked sitting on the beach in the hammocks. When they had frozen fireworks at HS, you could see them from the beach, so I'm assuming you will be able to see the Star Wars ones too.

With kids that age I would request somewhere in Cabanas to be close to the Digsite.

I too vote for the cabanas section. Definitely 8B! Its a GREAT location! Right across from the dig site pool, the cabanas bus stop is right there and the walk to el centro is fairly close.

Casitas don't seem any more busy during conferences than any other area, but still, we prefer the Cabanas. We loved 8A, which is the closest to the Dig Site, but 8B is great, too.

We love Casitas 4 or 5. We think it's a short walk to everything and especially love that it's near bus stop #2, which is the first to be picked up. So you will always get a seat going to the parks. We have never noticed a lot of conventioneers in this section at all.

Another vote for Cabanas 8A or B, close to bus stop, pool, and Dig site as mentioned, and a short, beautiful walk around the lake to ElCentro to eat or refill mugs. Laundry and quiet pool are also between 8B and 9A.

I like Casitas! Truth is, I've requested Cabanas multiple times and have yet to be placed there. But I do like the location of the Casitas buildings.
