Where are you going for breakfast?

With the lack of breakfast options, I'm finding it very hard to find places to eat. Especially reasonably priced restaurants. I know we can bring our own food but we'd prefer to eat out. If we can just find somewhere to go! Where are your planning to eat breakfast within Disney? TS and QS?

We're finding the same thing (second week of August), but we actually decided not to eat in any indoor scenarios just to add an extra layer of distancing to our trip. I have seen availability at The Wave (California Grill will host), Whispering Canyon, Cape May and Trail's End pretty consistently though. And every now and then something will pop up at the Grand Floridian Cafe and others. Also I see options in Disney Springs for breakfast, but that's a bit out of the way generally for our typical daily routine. But, we'll likely just do QS takeout at the hotel and eat in our room at this point.

Breakfast depends on where we are staying; we don't go out of our way. In the Epcot area we like A&C, CS at Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion, or getting something at the bakery in France. At MK we would do Kona, The Wave, or CS at Captain Cooks or Contempo Cafe in the CR.

Also look at the kids options for breakfast CS. I don't like a big breakfast so I have gotten the kids' meal at Sunshine Seasons.

It’s still a little too early for me to make reservations, but I plan to hit Ale & Compass on my Epcot day to enjoy the dark chocolate waffles.

We are mostly doing breakfast in the room (DVC), but have ADRs for Whispering Canyon and The Wave on two days.

We are not big breakfast eaters. DGD likes fresh fruit and yogurt, maybe some granola added. I’m thinking to send her over to the Dolphin for smoothies if we stay at BWI. Me, I’m fine with a pot of tea.
On the other hand should we stay club level, breakfast is taken care of for both of us.

Must have a CG brunch which normally becomes our hot meal for the day. Perfect timing means morning rollercoasters @ MK followed by a early afternoon ADR.

We make our own brunches at Morimoto or Raglan Road as well even though RR has a formal brunch menu on weekends.

Our newest favorite breakfast restaurant is Trattoria al Forno at the BW. We also like the Wave for the menu and the buffet (but it is currently closed for renovations). We also like Olivia's Cafe at OKW and GFCafe isn't too bad either. Check out the menus to see if they offer what you like. We also liked the Ale & Compass when you could add the buffet to your entre for a few dollars more. But that has changed and so has their menu.

I stay at Wilderness Lodge and take full advantage of the fact that I can jump on a boat and eat at any of the monorail resorts. The only TS breakfast that interests my family is Garden Grill at EPCOT.

Roaring Fork is one of our favorite QS breakfast options.

We don't usually do a big breakfast, but we are doing Whispering Canyon on an Epcot day and a late breakfast at Tusker House. Otherwise, we will have bars or a snack in the parks. There are places with cinnamon rolls, croissants, cheshire cat tails (Lunching Pad in MK), and fruit/nutella waffles at Sleepy Hollow MK.

EDIT: We might also grab something from the QS at Ft Wilderness, PJ's. We will have a kitchen in our cabin but don't plan to cook.

We're having breakfast at the Wave at California Grill just for the unique opportunity. I think word is getting out and availability is starting to dwindle, at least for the week we'll be there. Other than that, we have a full kitchen and will have breakfast in the room.

Quick service will be better if you're concerned about budget. Personally I'm mostly eating in the room and doing a big lunch, though I'm planning on O'hana breakfast on departure day.

Were I near Epcot I’d buy a bag of croissants and such for the duration and have that for breakfast until they ran out. Coffee or tea is easy to come by.

The Wave breakfast is being served at California Grill during the refurb. Not the buffet though.

Depends on where you are staying since we prefer to eat breakfast at our hotel before going to a park and if you are big breakfast eaters or looking for something on the lighter side. When we last stayed at the Contemporary, we liked either the Contempo Cafe or Contemporary Grounds for lighter breakfasts. Grounds is mostly a coffee shop but rotates different types of donuts/pastries each day. It is on the same floor as the front desk. Cafe has various lighter breakfast choices and is next door to Chef Mickey's.

Make Breakfast in the room really. I would hit up the place in WL if I really wanted breakfast though.

At MK we're planning on getting the fruit and Nutella waffle for breakfast. One of our Epcot days we're going to Uber over to the BW and try Trattoria al Forno, then walk over to Epcot. HS I really want to try to get the pop tart things at Woody's Lunch Box. AK we'll probably just eat some cereal bars either at the bus stop or once we get to AK. We're staying at CSR, so depending on where our room is we may grab QS at the resort some mornings, but if we're far away we'll just do cereal/granola bars. DD likes to take her time getting ready in the mornings, and I get very hangry, so I'm sure I'll be having a snack at least before we even leave the room.
