"Down in the Valley"-the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. It's the southern tip of Texas, home of the Border Wall, Illegal Immigration issues, and drug violence (the bullets from a drug shootout in Mexico recently were strong enough to hit cars in our local University parking lot).
DH's job is here, and he kind of likes it (he can play golf all year round), but I'd love to move closer to WDW and where it's safer.

Washington Township OH, it's south of Dayton. I'm a Jersey gal at heart and in '98 we and my DSis bought a quad home in Cape May NJ. It's a long drive, 11+ hours for us, but if we're having a family holiday or vacation, and it's not in WDW, it's in Cape May!DMom who's 90, lives next door to our house, so that's another reason we gather there.

My parents used to take our kids to Wildwood every year, and the Jersey shore holds a little sentimental value.
