Where are the refill stations at CSR for the mugs?

Can someone please tell me where are all the Coronado Springs resort refill stations are? Can you use your mug at the pool bar/outside bars there too?

They are in the market just outside of the Pepper Market and yes you can use it at the pool bar too.
