Where are the magic bands shipped? Arriving January 4!

We arrive to Disney resort on january 4, but haven't received any email about the magic bands yet. Should I call Disney?

They usually get to you about 3 weeks before arrival. We arrive 12/16 and got ours the Monday or Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
What does it say when you're logged in to My Disney Experience? You should get an alert on there as well...and you can check the magic bands/card page and see what your status is

*editing to add the Monday or Tuesday BEFORE Tgiving is when ours came, not after. I went back to check my calendar

Thank you. I can't find them in My Disney Experience. As well as the magical express i formation. Had to call to twll the flight number.

Also, Magic Bands only ship to US addresses, so if you are not in the US, they will never ship.

Yes, they are shipped to PR. But last year I think they were shipped by this time. Thank you!

I got my Magic Bands for our 1/2 arrival yesterday! They were in a plain box and then our 8 bands were splint into 2 plain white boxes and you didn't see anything Disney until you pulled the tab and opened the white boxes. Different packaging than our bands from our Food & Wine trip but same style band.
