Where are the Lockers?

We'll be there in early June. Staying offsite. I thought I would bring along a bag with some dry clothes, or at least dry socks and shoes. Where are the lockers around the park? What's the charge?

At IOA, there are lockers in front of the Hulk and Dueling Dragons. The Hulk lockers are generally free for 75 minutes and 45 minutes for Dueling Dragons. Then it's $2 each additional 1/2 hour. At USF, the lockers are in front of MIB. They're free for 2 hours and $2 each additional 1/2 hour.

At both IOA and USF, there are lockers at the front of the park. They are $5/day.

Can you keep your receipt for a locker from USF and use it to get a new one at IOA on the same day like at Disney?
