The garages are located across Universal Blvd from the parks. It's $15.00/day to park and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the parks.

Are they a mess around 8 am? We'll be there Friday morning/Saturday morning and arriving/parking for our final day in the park Sunday afternoon around noon.

Nah...they shouldn't be bad this time of year. When I went over for HHN this past month, there was never a line to get into the garage and this was it 3pm. Mornings may be a little busy but the lines shouldn't last long.
