Our favorites were by far Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich, both in Downtown Disney. Wolfgang Puck felt like a table service meal... Place your order at a counter, get a number tent for the table and a server brings it to you, actual table, actual plates... Portions are *huge* and super filling and very delish. It was, I thought, the best deal out there for a quick serve.
Earl of Sandwich, the selection was great, the sandwiches are amazing (and I'm not a sandwich person normally) and we always left feeling disgustingly full. The line often looks long, but it moves really quickly, though finding indoor tables proved slightly tricky. Staff was, I'd say, the most knowledgable on how you can order and what you can order while getting the most satisfying foods without breaking your Dining Plan or your wallet (two people, two sandwiches, two drinks, two treats, and it was about $23 and very filling).
This last trip, we ate at both 6 times combined. LoL
On a whole, I think Epcot offered the best and most diverse options for really good counter service foods while Hollywood Studios had the least. I didn't like most of the places to eat in DHS.
