Where are the Free Univ. Passes???

We filled out our form for our free Universal park passes courtesy of Tour and Travel about a month ago and we have never heard from anyone. Can anyone help??? Has anyone ever received any free passes from this company??? We know its a time share come on, but if its for tickets why not!
