Where are the FP's for RSR and other DCA attractions?

I'm going with my parents, kid and brothers Oct 9-12

Parents haven't been in 20 years, 1 brother hasn't been at all, and kids have been with me but I of course were following me.

So that means I'm kind of going to be the one everyone relies on to "direct" the trip and "know" the most.

I want to make sure I get Fast Passes as much as possible to get the most out of our short trip but I haven't been to DL since 2010 and though I'm pretty knowledgeable in the MK layout and where to find them, I know DCA has changed a lot in 4 years.

Can someone tell me WHERE to find the Fast Pass machines for the "MUST SEE" rides in DCA? Like Ive heard a million times how awesome RSR is and that you HAVE to experience it but you also have to get the FP for it early.

But I just read someone on trip advisor say the FP for that ride is in BUGS LAND? Is that true? hwy would they put it there?

Anyway, I dont want to lose precious time running around trying to locate the FP for it (If I hadn't read that on trip advisor, I would had gone all the way to RSR looking for the FP:headache: )

Please, if you know where the FP's are for the popular rides in DCA (same with WOC) and especially if they aren't located near the ride like I would expect, can you give me a heads up so I can map out my plan of attack?

Thanks:)

It's good that you asked this question because the RSR Fast Pass Distribution as you've mentioned is indeed not by the ride where you'd expect it. It's located at the entrance to Bug's Land where the "It's Tough to be a Bug" show is. The good thing is that it is on your way to Cars Land, so if you look to your left as you approach the entrance to Cars Land and Bugs Land from the hub you should see the FP queue.

The reason it's over there is likely a space issue. Where the RSR queue is, there's not a lot of room and it becomes congested very easily. I can't even imagine what it would be like if they added the FP distribution there.

I believe all other DCA ride FP distributions are in the general vicinity of the ride itself.

If you want to make sure to do RSR (Which I recommend doing, it's pretty cool especially for young kids who have seen the Cars movies) make sure you go directly to the FS distribution area for it. The FS run out FAST for RSR, especially on busy days. There is a line for the FS distribution of that ride and it is at least 10 minutes long. (at least everytime I have been). The line for RSR without a fast pass is at least 90 minutes long and they have "technical difficulties" with it a lot. Another attraction in DCA I recommend getting a FS for is World of Color, with the FS you don't have to get in line so early to get a good view, and having this fast pass doesn't affect you being able to get any other fast passes so you might as well get it. Another option for preferred World of Color viewing is eating at one of the designated restaurants (Ariel's Grotto is one of them). I would say don't miss World of Color, everyone I've taken to see it has LOVED it. Their jaw literally dropped. It's amazing.
Have a great trip!

Yes I keep hearing how fast rsr FP runs out so I'll try and get everyone up and out the door by 8 on Friday - (we'll be getting to DL late on Thursday so fp's will be gone by then)- just sux having to wake up early on vacation lol. I hope the parks arent too busy on Thurs and Fri...I expect it to be packed on Saturday.
