Where are the fastpass machines for Soarin?

We leave in 17 days for WDW and staying at the POP. My question is about Soarin: Where are the fastpass machines? Do you have to go into the land building to get them or is the entrance and machines on the outside of the building? We usually send my husband to grab all the passes and then meet him at another ride. I just want to make sure I send him in the right place or I will never hear the end of it!!!!

Also is Soarin open during Epcot's early morning hour?

the fast pass machines are located in the building, lower level, to the right of the ride entrance. I was told the passes go fast and the lines tends to be over 1 1/2 hours long.

Fast pass machines are to the left of the entrance. You have to go downstairs in the land building. We went on first thing during early EMH waited only 10 min. and grabbed a fastpass and went on 45 min later. What a great ride. I went back our last night there during Illuminations and waited only 10 min.

If you are in line the fast pass machines were on your right hand side. I remember very vividly because the machines were not working and a cm was accusing me of getting fast passes and saying I did not.

Yes, they're availale as soon as the park opens. We got ours at about 8:20 on an EMH day with a return time of 9:05 to 10:05. This was June 27th.

Are fast passes available during morning EMH's? If I send the crew to Mission:Space right at opening, can I get fast passes for Soarin' while they do Mission:Space, do Test Track all together and then use the Soarin' fast passes?

Yes, as long as nobody else is getting fastpasses at the same time. We do this at MGM. My DH and DS's go on tower of terror and I get FP's for RNR. Then we meet at Star Tour and do this all together and then back to RNR to use the FP.

Fast passes are available in the EMH but not at the night hours. I was there around 4th of july and mission space line was walk on. This was two different days, two different times. I asked a cm and she said it was because of the rain and because they were competing with soaring. I think it was because of the "accident". Anyway, iwannabeminnie, yes you can do this. I also found out that you can get the fast pass and use it anytime during that day as long as it is past the time to return window. We tried doing what you stated but going back and forth was too much for me so we held onto our fast passes for soaring and did it later in the afternoon. Definity get a fast pass for soarin. Lines get to be more than 2 hours long later in the day.
