Where are the EMH wristband stalls?

Where are the EMH wristband stalls at MK, Epcot, AKL and MGM?
Are there multiple stalls?

Especially interested in Epcot
Any info greatly appreciated

I believe that if you go over to allearsnet.com they have the locations for the wristband locations. There are several locations at all the parks with the one closest to the entrance always far more crowded than the rest. I know for the Disney Studios they are distributed in the area that leads to the Rock n Rollercoaster. We used this location last month and it took maybe 20 seconds because there was almost no one else there looking for wristbands.
