Where are the bus stops for DTD hotels ?

I have read there are 2 different bus routes which divide the DTD hotels in 1/2 and also how often do the buses arrive at bus stop ?

So then at the 4 WDW Parks - there are 2 bus stop areas for the DTD hotels ?
As in one for Route DTD-one-hotels and Route DTD-two-hotels ?

I know where WDW resort buses are located at the 4 WDW Parks.
Are the DTD hotel bus stops just right after the WDW resort bus stops?

At DHS, EPCOT and AK - are the DTD hotel bus stops in the parking lot ?

At MK - do you have to take the boat to the general public parking lot and then go to the DTD hotel bus stop ?

Is there a DTD bus stop schedule of runs, if they only run every hour ?

The bus stop makes a difference if we stay off-site or on-site.

Basically:
MK: At the ticket and transportation center in the bus parking area look for the sign that reads DOWNTOWN DISNEY® RESORT AREA HOTELS.

AK; DHS; Epcot: Bus pickup at spaces 1 through 6.

The above link includes more information on the bus schedule and which route goes to which hotels.
