Where are sugar free desserts in WDW?

There are several things that come up when I google, but many of these articles are old and we know how often Disney changes its menus.
I know that the Plaza Ice Cream place in MK has a couple sugar free choices. That's where I'll get my ice cream fix.
And I see that Electric Umbrella in Epcot has a sugar free brownie. Has anyone had this? Did you like it, was it worth the $4.29?
I pretty much stick to a keto diet (I lost 80 lbs) and I do eat off plan somewhat when on a Disney vacation, but prefer to stick as close as I can. I just feel better eating this way.
So if you have had or have seen sugar free or other good keto choices while at WDW, please let me know! I know there are other keto/sugar free Disney lovers out there!

Yeah I saw that when I googled, but after checking each one, most aren't offered anymore. I wish the mousse was still at Kringla.

Most buffets have SF options for desserts.

I would try a SF cheesecake sans crust.
I wouldn't call even a SF brownie "close" to keto. I would call eating a smathering of a sugary salad dressing on top as a splurge of a keto plan. But that's just me.

Next time you are in the grocery store, lol at a sf cake mix compared to a standard cake mix. There is little to no difference in the carb count

You are better taking a bite of a dessert than thinking sf is low carb. It’s not.
