Where are my vouchers??

About a month ago I bought character meal vouchers through Last Minute Travel. I got a confirmation email but never got the vouchers. I emailed them and they said that once they confirm the dates with Disney, they'll email the vouchers. Well, we're a week out from leaving goodvibes) and still no vouchers. I'm wondering if anyone knows how close they wait to the date you are using them before they email the vouchers. If I don't hear anything in a couple of days, I'm going to email them again.
