Where are my visa debit card dollars? Card cancelled and now no points

Ok, Im fuming right now.

Due to frequent double charges made to my debit card by my personal training company I was forced to cancel my debit card last week and had a new one fed exed to me from Chase so that I would have it in time for my trip to Disney next week. I got the card today and activated it successfully.

Well after that, I logged into my debit rewards account to see where my points where now. Last month I had about 250 reward dollars and was trying to see where I am now to know how much I would have to do my little shopping and it says Reward Dollars earned 0.00! WHAT?

So, I called Chase and noticed that it was still linked to my old card, so I figured I would just have them transfer whatever was there to my new one. Well, after being transferred all over the world, they basically said (in my simple terms) "oh well, too bad"

Has anyone went through this or know what I should be telling them they need to do? Or am I really out of luck? Thanks in advanced!

I cancelled and ordered a new card with no problems to my points.

Thanks! I called disney rewards directly and they straightened it out so I got all my dollars back.
