Where are my tickets and more?

Will my tickets arrive in the mail or will I need to pick them up at the hotel?

Are the tickets paper, or are they some other material that will hold up better over 10 days?

Any suggestions on how to carry our tickets or how to store them for easy access for FP?

If you are staying at a WDW resort you can have your park tickets "put on" your room key-card (like a plastic credit card.) That's a good way to do it.

If you do get "regular" tickets they are printed on a durable cardboard material.

We have AP's (the cardboard kind) that had been used for 30 days over the course of a year.
Shoved in and out of my my billfold (admissions and fastpass machines) for all of those park days... they lasted just fine.

I've seen many who like to carry their tix in a clear plastic holder (that are roughly the same size as the tix) connected to a lanyard worn around the neck.
You can buy those at WDW if you like.

The tickets are a heavy stock paper that seems to hold up pretty well. Our annual passes are made out of the same paper, and we use them all the time with no problem.

I keep our passes in a plastic pass holder that I got at the Polynesian. It has a Mickey Mouse shaped clip on the top, and there is a retractable "string attached.

I know there are lanyards, and the like that you can purchase and wear them around your neck.

I usually put the passes, any fast passes, my photopass card, a few dollars and sometimes my debit card in the holder and keep it in my pocket for quick access.

Overheard one CM explaining to a WDW guest at AK on March 16 that 90% of the problems they have with the FP machines is with reading the plastic cards. That guest was, indeed, having great troubles getting the FP machine to read their plastic card.

Plastic cards? Are you referring to the park passes being on the hotel card?
