Where are my documents?

We arrive at Disney World 2 weeks from today. Should I be concerned that we haven't received our vacation documents or Magicbands?

Have you looked at MDE to see what it shows in regards to your Magic Bands? The place you went to customize and confirm shipping address also shows shipping status.
If you have room only there are no other documents they'll send.

We just got our bands yesterday, and we arrive on Saturday! I called and they told me they would be at the front desk, however; they were mailed. They must be having issues with them. I've never had them take this long before!

If you're taking magical express from the airport, call to make sure that got set up.

I called and found out that, because I had made a few changes to my package since I had personalized our Magicbands, it reset the bands and they were waiting for me to go back in and complete it again. I did that now and she said I should have them in a day or two. She also said that the documents were sent out to me on Monday, so they are on their way.
