Where are my bank points???

New member who sent paperwork back about a week ago. When I login it shows my 100 points presently available but it shows 0 points available to bank. Is this some issue or will they be available once all of my paperwork goes through the system. It still shows that "attention is required". I don't plan on going until 09 and would hate to lose those points.

I wouldn't sweat it too much at this point...the MS computer systems do tend to take time to get everything right and since you are in no particular hurry, I would check it again in a week or two and then contact MS if things don't look right.

You can call. If you are beyond the banking period for your use year, and you just joined, they will let you bank the points, but it does take a phone call.

February use year so I should be within the window.

Broker, mine was showing the same thing. I called to bank my points and they were able to do it by phone. I also made my reservation for May 2009

Same here just call and they will bank em for ya. And my reservation is March.
