Where are my +10??

I booked my trip for 9/20-9/24 today. I am staying on-site. My travel agent told me I can book dining 180+10 out. My 180 would be 9/22. I booked dining for 9/21 and 9/22, but I'm not able to book my additional up-to 10 days (so I can't book 9/23 or 9/24). Anyone know why? When I call Disney, CM tells me that it's not 180+10. It's just 180. I got transferred from person to person to person and they all say you don't get 180+10.
Yet, my sister, who is booked after me, and not arriving until 9/22, two days after me, can book through 9/26! What gives? Any insight?

Try again. I am booked 20-30th and did all of mine already through the 30th. Go online and log in and it should let you.

Make sure you are logged in and your resort reservation is linked. We will be there 9/21-9/27 and we were able to do our 180+10 yesterday. I am not sure why you had trouble. I would try calling back and give them your dates. Hope it all works out for you!

Ill add to this. Even thought it may say your name when you go to the my disney experience page, still sign in again. I was unable to make +10 until I signed again after being already recognized as myself. If that makes since.. HTH
