Where and When to get my TIW card?

Here is my situation. Our flight arrives at 7:00 pm on 1/6 and we're taking the ME to BWV. We have a Chef Mickey's reservation the next morning at 9:00 am. I already have an AP, but I need to get the TIW card before our Chef Mickey's reservation. I know I can order it by mail but I don't want to do that because I want to use it again in Jan. 2012 so I don't want to purchase it before Jan 2011. So what is the best option for getting it? Do I walk over to the IG the evening of arrival? How late is guest services open there? Or do I go to MK guest services the next morning? TIA

You could go to either of the places your mention. You could also go to the guest service desk at DTD if the other ones are not open when you can get there. By the time of your trip you may be able to get it at the resort. When I was there last week the CM said that they will have the ability to do APs and other ticket options with the new system that was just put in place. I would think this may also include TIW cards. I don't remember when she said this would be available but I thought it was this month.

I think it's easiest to walk over to Guest Services at IG when you arrive at the hotel. That way you don't have to worry about it the next morning.

The Theme Park Guest Relations locations will be remain open until that park closes for the night.
