where and when to buy MNSSHP tickets

You can go through the member site, thats what I did this year,

member perks-member privileges- Annual tickets- shop disneyworld ticket store

You will want to go on a Tuesday ot Thursday evening. DH and I did 10/31 last year and had a great time. Busy but not crazy in my opinion.

That is exactly what we do. If the party is going to be rained out or sold out, we wouldn't want to be there anyway. I believe, though, that in order to get the DVC discount, you have to buy your MNSSHP tickets through MS. Regarding the DDP, you will also have to call MS to add it onto your stay at least 48 hours prior to check-in. As of now, you cannot prepay the DDP and it will have to be paid for upon check-in. Have a good trip.

I just asked MS if I needed to buy my tickets through ms to get my dvc discount and he told me NO I could call the regular line or buy them online??

I questioned that but that is what I was told. I will call ms anyway as it is tollfree

Last year we went in September and bought them through member services. We had to pick them up at Will Call and show them our DVC card, but it was not big deal.
This year we are going on Halloween SO EXCITED!! So no discount.
Have a BLAST, my family still sings some of the parade songs and talk about how great it was. They can't wait until this year

We bought ours thru the members website and I picked them up at the magic kingdom on Saturday. We have gone 6 straight years and went last year and it was raining at the start and cleared the park out. We hit all the candy spots and ride lines were empty it turned out to be one of the best we have attended. Its a gamble to choose your party night in advance but we are planners so nice to have tickets in hand and adrs made. Also speaking to cm at will call he said that there have been some pickups already but the busiest nights are the weekend shows because you have people who vacation at wdw and add in the local florida residents it adds to the crowd levels but most nights are pretty equally attended just a few more on weekends.

We stayed at OKW one year and planned on buying the tickets when we got there. When we checked in, I asked about where to buy them and she said 'right here!'. I asked if they were the DVC discounted ones and she said yes. Nope, they were not. I ordered them on the phone while we were there and picked them up at the park.

I dont see the spot on the member website yet where I can place an order for the tickets - has anyone been able to purchase via the member site yet? If yes, can you point me in the right direction on the site. Thanks.

If you go through dvcmember.com and click on the link where you can look at the annual pass discounts (member perks, @ disneyworld). Annual pass savings and more magic, then click annual pass savings, at the bottom it says to buy tickets online at walt disney world store... Well if you click that link it takes you to disneyworld.com to the area where you can buy tickets.. Click the little box near the top that says browse available tickets and change it to special events. That will bring up the tickets for MNSSHP. Prices should be $49.95 for adults and $43.95 for children.
The dates and prices listed there will be DVC member prices. To make sure you are in the correct place there will be a paragraph at the top that says

I called member services and bought our tickets and decided to just use WillCall at MK. As an FYI I had to show both my blue DVC card plus photo ID to pick them up.
