where and when is the mardi gras parade?

Hello! Does anyone know where and when the marti gras parade will be? Is there a official site where I can get the information?

After Xmas the universal site release more info on mardi gras but it usually is saturdays only mid febuary till end of march and it takes place in the studios but last mardi the info was not released till january
