where and how to book for 2008

i've noticed that a few people have already booked for 2008. Can you tell me where you've booked it as we've been looking this morning and most places only let you book until early 08. We are loooking to go in july/Aug 2008.
What kind of prices have you been getting.
Does anyone know of a good flight centre with reasonable rates on flights.

I've booked my Villa privately and we got 2006 prices so it ws worth booking way ahead of time.

I am browsing for flights but they only go up to Feb 2008 at the moment so I am using the same dates I want in 2008 and getting comparisons for 2007. I will check out all the airlines again when my dates are released.

Gavin is looking into car hire, again using the 2007 dates to get an idea but as we are unsure of which airport we will be going to we won't book until flights are confirmed.

We havent got our passes yet but will do asap as prices ALWAYS go up!

Hi we are going in Feb 2008 - I have already booked our Disney cruise since prices rise from their release date.

However, when looking at booking flights /fly drive for 2008, I have not been impressed !

I have looked at TCD and Virgin holidays - both of which you can phone for a quote..as the dates on the website are not yet available ...............prices for either Company were not, shall we say, very competative. I also looked atFirst Choices flight prices on line and they wanted about £800 pp flight only

I've decided I'm better off leaving a while until everyone prices are 'on the table' ...I'm sure this will mean that their prices will 'sharpen up' when they are open to market forces proper....well I hope so.........

thanks for the advice. Although i would like to book the villa now i'm a little reluctant to do so as then i will be restricted for my flight dates. i think i will also leave it until everyones flight prices arre out.

Been restricted on flight dates wasnt an issue for us, we were always planning on going on a Thursday so will fit the flights around that.

We fly with Virgin every time and will have to wait till end of May begining of June before we can book for Christmas 2008.
The villa we book privately and can book that now. We have found that the villas can sometimes get booked up quite early, if its a good one. hope this helps.

hi, we are also waiting to book for aug 08 and got an e-mail of virgin this morning letting me know the brochure should be out in middle of feb 07, so may not be that long a wait, susie,
