I plan on getting married in june 2006. when do i call? when can i meet with a planner? HELP!!!

you can only call a year in advance.

I am planning mine for May of 2006. You call a year in advance to book the date. Then eight months before, they will send you a contract to sign and everything will be official. Unfortunately, you can't do anything before that, but don't worry, if you can't book yet, then no one else can book the day you want! Happy planning!

From what I was told, unless you are booking the Wedding Pavilion, you shouldn't worry about getting your location. I called hurriedly the day that I could book and the lady said that they don't fill up the other locations very quickly. On the other hand, she had only two openings for the WP and she said that I should decide quickly if I wanted those spots because they may have been gone by the end of the day.
