When do they start handing out wristbands for EEMH for MK? Im just wondering because we have an ADR at Narccoose's for 8 pm, but we want to be able to get into MK without any problems. Should we just make a pit stop at the gate before heading over to GF?

(I searched first but couldnt find anything. Bump, move, I am not even sure this is in the right spot.)

Officially, EMH wristband distribution begins 2 hours prior to the scheduled park closing time. For example, if the park is scheduled to close at 9pm, wristband distribution will be scheduled to begin at 7pm. If the wristband distribution teams get set up earlier, they will usually begin a bit earlier. And at the Magic Kingdom, they usually try to get their wristband teams set up 3 hours prior to park closing but that doesn't always happen. Also, don't forget that you can get your wristbands after EMH begin. At the MK there will be a distribution location just inside the turnstiles, usually on either side of the big Mickey head floral design.

I just wanted to second what Broadway Girl said. I would not go out of my way to get a wrist band. We have arrived an hour into EMH and than you just get the band right inside the gate.
