When you're on a diet

Im doing Weight Watchers, so Im always looking for stuff. What my favorite is their Ice Cream. They have these big sundae cups with chocolate ice-cream. They are only 2 pts. I puta little coolwhip on top and it tastes really yummy. They also have sundae ice cream cones as well, again very yummy and only 2 pts.

They have a double fudge cake dessert too and it's really good. I forget what they're called, but you get them in the frozen dessert section with pies and such. I don't like their ice cream so much, for some reason.

But I do like the Klondike low-fat ice cream sandwiches! They're only 2 points. Unfortunately, I blow it by eating two of them. :guilty:

The haystacks are yummy and my kids love them, too. Good snack for them.

Frozen grapes. Wash and freeze them on a cookie sheet. Keep them in a ziplock bag, then eat by the handful. They don't freeze solid.

Sounds good to me.

When I was dieting, I remember keeping more healthy snacks to nibble on during the day and STAY AWAY from the flour products like cookies, cake. Another good one is a hard boiled egg.

When I stop nursing I planned on returning to my diet. Can't wait.

Low fat cream cheese spread onto low fat graham crackers. Sweet and crunchy at the same time!

Thanks to whomever mentioned the 100 calorie CHips ahoy bags. they are good

Quaker Rice Cakes, Apple Cinnamon flavor. Sweet, crunchy, fat free and only 60 calories!

Do they actually taste good? I know the Skinny Cows are good, but so much sugar free stuff is awful

I am so sorry, I was not ignoring you, guess I should start subscribing to the threads I post to.

My mom is a diabetic so I have had a lot of sugar free items and most are not to bad. The Murray cookies are pretty good as is the more expensive chocolate (like Gertrude Hawk) the cheaper chocolate is horrible. Edy's no sugar added ice cream is really good to.

ONE Tootsie Roll pop.

They last forever and by the time you're done, the sweet urge is over, you're satified, and you haven't had a ton of sugar and won't blow your diet.

Pretzels dipped in mustard. I had a chipotle flavored mustard to dip my pretzels in. Delicious. I eat it all the time and I'm not dieting. :)

For crunchy and sweet, my favorite snack is the 94% fat free popcorn - it has really few calories, low fat content and lots of fiber. For just sweet, I like to eat dates, or I puree up some pears and bananas and freeze it.
