When you check your ressie on Disney's site...

I just checked our reservation on the Disney Website. First of all, we have a GVC room booked at the Poly and it says our room type is "standard". Does that sound right? Also, it had our deposit amount listed, but then where it says "package price" the amount listed was double. Huh?? We have a room only reservation. Has anyone else had these sort of discrepancies on Disney's site?

Others have posted the same problem with the disney site. If you are worried about it, call disney. Their toll free number is 1-800-828-0228.

I would also refer to your confirmation letter for exact details.

Yes, it is always messed up. We are concierge too, and it always says standard. My page is also hard to read as it has overlapping words and numbers. I did call and they have my correct reservation. You are not alone. Good luck!! :earsboy:
 
I have a similiar problem with the web site information. The written confirmation you receive should be correct. When in doubt, though, call them up and ask just to make sure.
 

I would call and double check. When I checked my info on line, it had $0 in the deposit section. At first I just figured it was an error on line, but to be sure, I checked my disney visa account and found it had not been charged :confused3 (it's been 3 weeks since I called with the deposit), so I called CRO. At first the very helpful CM :earsgirl: couldn't find my ressie, then when she found it, sure enough the deposit had not been put through :sad2: . It seems after she researched, she found out that when I called, there was a problem with the system :badpc: and they were supposed to put it through the next day and call me if there was a problem. I never received a phone call, and evidently there was no problem, but they just never did it. Fortunately my ressie wasn't cancelled :goodvibes and she was able to put my deposit through. After hanging up with her, I checked my ressie on line and now my deposit is reflected. So basically, although I know the on line system is quite frequently wrong :sad2: , it can't hurt to call and double check. :flower:
 
I have checked our reservations on the web site and they are always incorrect.We have 2 seperate room only reservations with different confirmation numbers and only 1 shows up and is attached to both numbers. I called to confirm and they do have the correct reservations. I also e-mailed them from the web site and they confirmed correct info back to me via e-mail. I will print this and bring it with me to check in. Web site is still messed up. :confused3
 
How do you check and where? I have a room only res and would love to verify it on disney's site. Please take me through step by step as I am computer challenged. Thanks.
