When you book a package from Costco do the tickets have names on them?

So from my understanding when you book a package even if staying on site the tickets are not connected to the room, correct? So can anyone use those tickets?

I am also curious as to when booking from costco do the breakfast vouchers have names on them or can anyone use them as well? For example if my dh does not want to go to breakast can my mom come in his place?

Names are only on room keys AFAIK. My package should arrive tomorrow so I can tell you if it is different.

It's probably a bad idea to discuss possible fraud in an open forum.

Why I am even responding to this I do not know? but seriously? You respond to my legitimate question about tickets having names on them and accuse that of some sort of fraud, but you leave the one about parking at target alone?

I still fail to see how my question is committing fraud. If there are names on them they thereby tell me that they are assigned to that person if they do not than it would tell me anyone can use them.

Have you bought a package from Costco? Have you read the fine print? Do you have anything productive to say about it? or are you just making assumptions?

My Costco package arrived a few weeks ago and no there are no names on either the parkhoppers or the meal tickets. There is an indication of adult or child on the tickets. The parkhoppers are the plastic credit card types. Have a good trip!! :goodvibes

The costco PH tickets are like plastic credit cards. We got 2 Mater, 2 Lightning, 2 Fillmore and 1 Luigi:) No names but there is a line to sign your name like on the paper tickets. Not sure how it would work unless you have a Sharpie.

You can go through Costco for Disney travel? Whhhaaatttt?!?!? Mind blown. Going to check it out now lol.

Hence why I said "possible". Defensive much?

We have used Costco for Disneyland trips in the past...no names on the park tickets or dining vouchers.

The park tickets you get from costco are the same exact tickets issued via Walt Disney Travel Company, the only difference is costco was your "travel agent" so to say.

When you book online through costco (similar to AAA) it takes you to the WDTC site to complete the booking. It know the Travel Agent perks you get, based on how you get to the WDTC site.

My understanding is that not even Disney thinks it's "fraud" for someone other than the purchaser to enter with UNUSED tickets. It's only after someone's been through the gate that, that ticket becomes theirs, and theirs alone to use for future visits, according to Disney.

For instance, if buy a package at Disneyworld and get tickets for, say, "free dining" but already have another method of entry, like annual passes, that you use to enter the park, it's not "fraud" to hand that UNUSED ticket off to someone else ... As long as you don't resell it for $$$.

Thanks for clearing that up, CM!

OP: Exactly. You paid for the tickets, if you wanted to go sit in your hotel room and give the tickets to someone else waiting in line, that is entirely up to you!

My understanding, too. Otherwise, how would we gift tickets to family/friends.
