Hey everyone we were just curious as to what is included in the land and sea package? and what does everyone think about it- is 4 nights on land better than 3 or is 4 nights better on the cruise vs/ 3? Any help is useful

Hello DonaldsGrl103...I have the 3 day land/4 day sea package booked for June. I also added 4 more days to our land stay. I booked this trip back in January of last year so I was still under the old packages. We have a Ultimate Park Hopper ticket for the length of stay at the parks. (we are suppost to get a flex feature too, but I dont know if that still applies or not)
We have DCL transfers (add'l charge) and took the insurance too. As far as the package you get hotel stay depending on what catagory you choose on the ship--we have catagory 10 sph room 5520 and are staying at Caribbean Beach Resort. Some people book their package seperate..you could check it and see if it is cheaper that way...I just wanted the ease of not having to worry about anything...The only thing I booked myself was my airfare.

Happy Planning!!!!!!

Hi...a bunch of us booked these 4/3 or 3/4 vacation packages. Both come with your Disney tickets for length of stay as well as ur room on site. Most that I ran across offer u a choice of 3 different hotels in the "moderate" range. (Beach club, coronado, etc.) in addition u have ur cruise also.

We booked each seperately. After pricing it as a combo, for us it turned out less expensive to book it ourselves. If I remember correctly, the difference was about $800 less. You can access this all through the Disney site and check the pricing yourself through "reservations" online. The packages maybe much better priced now.

The land portion includes accommodations, Disney transportation, and the Ultimate Park Hopper tickets. The cruise portion includes accomodations, meals(except Palo), entertainment, drinks(not including alcohol, you pay for these), ports of call. We went in April for the 4land/3sea. Personally, if I had to do it again, I would do the 3land/4sea. I have been to Disney World more times than I can count. I do love the parks!!! But the cruise is just sooooo relaxing. You can do as much or as little as you like. I would love to do a 7 day cruise in the future, even if it means skipping the parks.

I just got back from a 3 Day Land/4 Day Sea trip. Personally, I would never do it again. That is not to say that we didn't love the entire trip but 3 days (or 4 days) at Disney is not enough and 4 Days (or 3 days) is not enough on the cruise. At Disney we were only able to do our very favorite things. On the cruise we felt like we hadn't even come close to taking advantage of the ship's amenities. During the Disney portion we felt like we were running around like 'chickens with our heads cut off'. We were exhausted by the time we got to the ship. I will say that the cruise portion was much more relaxing but we still felt like we were always on the go.

My advice is to either do 7 days in the park or 7 days on the ship.

Hey everyone,
As ive been researching it seems it might be much cheaper booking things seperately. Also only doing 3 nights on the cruise seems too short. I will look into things more and let u know.
THANKS AGAIN

Just remember, WDW isn't going away so just relax, see and do what you have time for and have fun. We've gone twice to the park and once on the cruise and there is still a lot of things we havn't seen or done. I found that the cruise is a good way to relax before coming home. When I'm at the resort, I just want to do, run, run, and keep busy.
