Ok ... I'm one of the first people to think that Disney's new Publicity campaign was lame .... I thought it ... I said it.

However, after going to their site and uploading a photo ... writing a little about the photo, I feel I was wrong. Disney's idea is very smart .... I found myself reflecting on the positives that we experienced.

Initially I expected a monetary or "thing" based announcement, and was disappointed. But this has brought back a feeling and thoughts that are more important than money or things.

We all know our time here is limited ... enjoy what you have and what you can do with friends and family. There is no second chance.

Here's our photo .... if you like it "like it!"

Well put Ted. Over the years as a family, we have had so many WDW memories that we could not even begin to share them, but it is good that the Disney company is going to do it in their new promotion. And it will be done with class. I hope that I get down there during the celebrations

Again, well said. I also thought the new campaign was lame, but I have spent time looking the site over and found myself enjoying it.

Very cute photo as well. Your little girl had that "you can't make me smile" smile down pat.

As Ted said, there are no "do overs" in life.:)

But you are getting something...

The one thing that you are paying for.. the memories.. and it is a re-investment in those memories..

We have a digital photo frame in our kitchen that is loaded with close to 10,000 pics of 7 different trips over the years that rolls in a slide show.

Watching the kids grow up in those pics with WDW as the backdrop ... it's amazing ... every once in a while i will catch a pic that just takes me back and it fills me with joy..

Beautiful photos... I "liked" them both! Have to get busy and post one of my own! It is a lovely promotional idea.

I didn't know about sending in your photos and memories, it is a nice promo!

I think the promo stuff is good but they really need to rethink the in park stuff and maybe change the song to makin' memories by the Sherman bros.
