When would you do MVMCP?

We are going from 11/29 - 12/4 (Sun-Thurs) and staying at the THV. We have three dates available to go and wondered which you guys would choose. There are 9 of us - mostly adults but my two little ones will be almost 5 and 2 1/2. We are driving down the day before, spending the night at a yet to be determined place, and should arrive around lunch on the 29th.

MVMCP is on 11/29, 12/1, or 12/3. Based on check in date, check out date, the ages of my little guys and my desire for them to stay there as late as possible which date would you choose?

On a side note none of these are DVC discount days.

12/1 unless they sleep all the way down. Then 11.29 may be good as they will be excited anyway.

12/1 would be first choice weather dependent. I would wait to buy tickets until the week to see what the weather looks like.

We're going down 12/2 and going to MVMCP on 12/3. I had tickets for 12/4 but changed them to 12/3 yesterday after discovering that date had been added to the schedule. We've gone the first Thursday of December for the last few years and it's been a good date for us. Plus, it has a discount for buying in advance for A/P holders where 12/4 does not.

As for you, I'd probably take 12/1 also. Another reason I switched was I didn't want to be out late at the party and then have to pack and move to our cruise on 12/5. Same for you, I don't think you'd want to do it your last night at WDW and then have to pack up.
