You probably mean the PI bus loop.

Eventually, there will be just one bus depot at Disney Springs, about where the PI bus loop was, but much larger. It will extend into the parking lot that is still open (until the end of this month.)

No date has been announced, but it will probably be one of the last things to open for a couple of reasons. Disney wants to keep the buses off of Buena Vista Drive until the road reconstruction is mostly done. And there's still a lot of Disney Springs construction to do near the location of the new depot.

Definitely, no. But you can take the water taxi from the bridge right next to the Marketplace bus loop to HOB.
