When will the next SSR buildings be open?

I was wondering when the estimated time for the buildings called "The Springs" which are situated across from High Rock Springs Pool area and Artist's Palette are due to open. We are going to SSR in August, and while I enjoyed Congress Park last August, a closer proximity to the "action" with the 3 kids would be nice also. Anyone know the estimate of when they'll be available?
