When will the next pin onslaught begin?

Back in January, Disney went crazy sending out a huge round of Free Dining Pins for up until August. That has expired in March. Any long timers know how often they typically send out those mass free dining pins? I know the 30% ones go out regularly, but I've heard the Free Dining ones are typically one big group at about the same time.
