I'm curious to know when Season 3 of The Mandalorian will start? Because I can't wait to see what happens next to Grogu. And my mom and dad want to see more of The Mandalorian because I turned them into fans of the show and my mom has a big crush on Grogu because he's so darling

Yeah, it is supposed to be after the Boba Fett series and that is coming in the same timeframe that we got Mando this past year, so it is likely early 2022.

Do you think Grogu will still be a regular part of it though since he and the Mandalorian parted ways at the end of the last episode?

I think he won't be in it - until he is! Big surprise for whichever episode they deem it to happen.

I thought I saw its supposed to be starting again around Christmas?

I want Grogu to be in it but I don't think he will be and I don't think the show will be the same unless there's a characters just as adorable and there won't be.
I may watch some but I Don't know if I can watch without Grogu.

That's a shame that The Mandalorian Season 3 won't start until 2022. My mom and dad saw the last episode of Season 2 a few minutes ago and my mom was very emotional after seeing it and the first thing she kept doing was cuddling my plush Grogu close to hide her tears. My guess is that Season 3 will debut after Halloween like Season 2 did last year

I believe that everybody thought that until House of Boba was announced for that time frame.

I do hoped that we see Grogu again, but character wise, we shouldn't.

Well, I think we should - eventually. He just may not be such a cute little thing anymore by the time we do.

I'm not basing my thoughts on personal feelings, because I love Grogu and can't picture the show without him. But I would think that he would need to spend a few years with Luke, before he would be out again. Ahsoka mentioned that he had a lot of darkness in him and I would think that would take Luke a lot of time to get rid of.

Yeah - that's exactly what I mean - we shouldn't see him again until he's been away for a while, training with Luke. They should save his appearance for something special. That said, Season 3 can always be a couple of years after the last season.

For my sister and I Grogu is what made us at all interested in Star Wars. We'll try to watch the next season but no Grogu may mean our Star Wars days are over.
After watching the first season I got a Baby Yoda tattoo for goodness sake that's how much I love that little guy!

Why they are premiering the new Boba Fett series first before The Mandalorian Season 3 is being made in production is just odd to me and I think Disney+ is doing this to save money. When I discussed this with my dad at breakfast this morning he predicts that Grogu will featured in the new Boba Fett series but Dad also thinks that Grogu will have a smaller role in The Mandalorian Season 3 and Season 3 will focus mainly on The Mandalorian. I think they should've focused more on The Mandalorian rather than develop the upcoming Boba Fett series because as the saying says "you must finish your project before you start" and when this Boba Fett series and The Mandalorian Season 3 will premiere it will be a huge double whammy for the Star Wars franchise and I can guarantee that if Grogu don't appear in Season 3 The Mandalorian will lose viewers and people will quit watching and it will be like Guardians Of The Galaxy without Groot because Baby Grogu was the star and that's why The Mandalorian became a hit in the first place. But if there is no Grogu the series will go downhill indeed

Well, I don't think they are doing it to "save money" - I think they are doing it to make money, hence the dozen or so Star Wars shows coming. I think for many fans, it doesn't much matter if it's Mandalorian or Boba Fett - they're going to watch. It's more like there is just one show called "Star Wars" and it will have varying points of focus. I'm there for all of it!

Gina Carano is out as Cara Dune.

“Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future,” a Lucasfilm spokesperson said in a Wednesday statement. “Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”

From her social media posts in the past year or so it's like she was trying to get fired. I can see why her last comment was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I didn't really think what she said at first was such a big deal, but then she doubled down on it constantly instead of just letting it go. She just got worse and worse. It's too bad ebcause I enjoyed her character a lot.

I think the role is on they could recast pretty easily.

I think her critics continued to harass her and she refused to back down. I haven’t seen a tweet that merited her firing.
