When will the CR Kingdom Tower finish construction ?

When will the new CR Kingdom Tower DVC finish its construction and ready for DVC members to 'move in' ?

hey DVC has not announced this yet.

the outside should be finished this year (earlier than the estimate) - so maybe next fall.

although the finish date is 2010.

rumor says that DVC and CR are still fighting over it.

they need to decide quickly - suities are very different from dvc villas. of course with this one - might decide to do everything like the villa - and just let CR use half (or less) of it - until DVC sells it part.

then the south wing is surpose to go down and that one CR will get. (at least that is one of the rumor)

DVC kepts 3 to 5% of each resort - for maintence - they rent them when not using.

besides you can always rent a reservation from a DVC member.

this is rumor only.

it will also be changed but not for a few years. but CR will kept it. It is not surpose to be a DVC.

so if you want a cheap monrail room - go now to the south wing.

once this change happens it will be suites only.
