When will the Christmas decorations go up?

I am trying to plan a trip for November and I would like to be there when they are decorated for Christmas. Does anyone know when they typically have the decorations up by?
 
Normally most of them are up by Veteran's Day. They won't have the holiday entertainment (parades, fireworks, etc.) running until Nov. 21st.
